Last updated: July 10, 2026. This policy explains what data wtf1dollar.com collects and how we use it.
WTF $1 ("we", "us") operates the gaming service at wtf1dollar.com. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at support@wtf1dollar.com.
We collect: account data (email, display name, password hash, referral code); gameplay data (bets, rolls, jackpot entries, wins, balances, provably-fair seeds); transaction data (deposit and withdrawal amounts, crypto addresses, transaction hashes); technical data (IP address, browser/device information, session cookies); and, where required for verification, identity data you provide. We do not store your private keys, and we never see your card details — crypto payments are handled by our payment processor.
We use your data to: operate your account and the games; process deposits and withdrawals; prevent fraud, collusion, and money laundering; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; enforce our Terms; provide support; and, where permitted, improve the Service. Provably-fair records are retained so that past outcomes can be verified.
Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires it, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (running your account); our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement); legal obligation (AML/KYC, record-keeping); and consent (certain cookies and communications), which you may withdraw at any time.
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you logged in and to keep your session secure. These are required for the Service to function. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We share data only as needed with: our crypto payment processor (to process deposits and payouts); infrastructure and hosting providers acting on our instructions; and authorities or advisers where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal data.
We retain account, transaction, and gameplay records for as long as your account is active and thereafter for the period required to meet legal, regulatory, anti-fraud, and accounting obligations. Provably-fair and financial records may be kept longer where the law requires.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact support@wtf1dollar.com. Some data cannot be deleted while we are legally required to retain it.
We protect your data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, session protection, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; please use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials private.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
